These Terms govern the use of the Website and the Boostchat – AI Assistant for WooCommerce plugin. By using the Website or the plugin, you agree to these Terms.

Materials on the Website are for informational purposes only and may change without prior notice.

Texts, designs, graphics, and other materials belong to their respective rights holders. Copying or using materials without permission is prohibited, except as provided by law.

The Website may contain links to third-party resources. We do not control their content and are not responsible for their operation.

Each license key activates the plugin for one WordPress installation (one domain). Using the same license key on multiple domains is not permitted unless you hold an Agency plan that explicitly allows multiple installations.

You may not use the Boostchat – AI Assistant for WooCommerce plugin to:

• Process personal data of EU residents without a lawful basis under GDPR
• Collect visitor contact data without displaying an appropriate privacy notice on your storefront
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the underlying AI models or embeddings

Responses generated by the chat widget are produced by AI and may occasionally be inaccurate. You are responsible for ensuring that product information in your WooCommerce catalog is accurate. We are not liable for customer decisions made based on AI-generated responses.

As a store owner using this plugin, you are the data controller for your visitors’ chat messages and lead contact data collected through your storefront. You are responsible for informing your visitors about data collection in your own Privacy Policy and obtaining any required consents under applicable law (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).

We provide the API service on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee 100% uptime. The free plan is provided without any SLA. Pro and Business plans include a commercially reasonable uptime commitment as described in your plan details.

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, your license is deactivated at the end of the current billing period. Your store data (products, conversations, leads) is retained for 30 days after cancellation and then permanently deleted upon request.

We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Website or the plugin, except as expressly required by applicable law.
